Homebody – Prints and Story
Kimberly Kight’s debut fabric collection with Cotton + Steel Fabrics is called Homebody. The selvedge reads “vintage prints for the happy recluse,” and the collection celebrate all things introverted and domestic. The prints all reference the home and have a quirky, cozy vibe. There are 13 quilting cottons in two colorways, and three cotton lawn prints for dressmaking.
Homebody is an assortment of feedsack and vintage reproductions, reassembled, recolored, and rescaled for today’s audience.
Homebody was first released in summer 2014 and is now out of print. However, you may still be able to find it at some independent fabric stores.
